If you violate this policy and it causes damage or loss to our servers, or causes one (or more) of our web sites to be interrupted from normal service, you will be held liable for damages and loss of business.

Definition: electronic communication via any means that includes any or all of the following: absence of consent to receive either via opt-out or opt-in principles; harvesting of personal information; false information or claims including “subject” and “from” lines, as well as content; intent to defraud; or erroneous reply address information”

Sending any e-mail with the LeadProMail name (in any way), likenesses, logos or images or referring to any of our web sites to anyone that has not specifically requested information regarding LeadProMail or your opportunities from you first.

If you are pursuing some type of opt-in advertising, there is always a chance that you will still generate a complaint. Design your ads to get the prospect to respond for more information. At that point, the Spam issue is not relevant, as long as you can produce a copy of the specific request to refute any complaints that we might receive.

To report SPAM please e-mail the actual e-mail you received & all related details to abuse @ leadpromail.com will be aggressively investigated. EVERY legal means available will be used on your behalf to stop anyone found to be sending spam e-mail.
